How To Buy

Order:
We try our best to describe the products in details as possible as we could. If you still have the question, pls don't hesitate to contact us.

Payment:
1. Paypal
2. Western Union Money Transfer
3. Bank Wire Transfer (T/T): usually it takes up to 3~7 days.

Delivery:
We will deliver directly the parcel to your delivery address as soon as we receive your full payment.
For high valued products, we may require the verification of your mailing address before the delivery.
All items are carefully checked and well packed before the dispatch.
Delivery methods:
1. Airmail: 10~20 working days
2. Door to door Express: 3~7 working days, For example: EMS, DHL, UPS, Fedex, etc.

Insurance:
If the parcel is covered by the insurance, for any damages or losses in the delivery, we take the responsibilty by sending you the new ones.
For the parcel not convered by the insurance, we are not responsible for any damages occurred in transit.

Returns:
Defective and missing parts: If you receive an item that is defective, or not the item you ordered, or was damaged in shipping, pls send back to us within 7 days from the date of receipt.
The item must be returned to us in its original and unused condition with its original box, packaging material, contents, and accessories.
In case of the missing parts, please notify us on the same day once you receive the product.

Customs duties or import taxes:
You might have to pay an amount charged by your Customs including ( and not limited to) the duties, taxes or any other extra fees collected by courier company or postal services.

Warranty:
The warranty period is one year. During the period of warranty, if the products have quality problems, we will replace new ones for free, however, the freight is 50 to 50. The returning freight cost is on your account, while we pay ours when sending you back the replaced ones.

B2B:
Though we are online retailer, we're also looking to develop relationships with B2B clients and will provide customerized products based on their requirements.
